Have been taking organic beef liver and heart capsules now for a year.Had my yearly blood tests done and results are amazing. For over many years I had to have B12 injections, since taking the capsules my B12 is up and no longer have B12 injections. In all,my health has much improved.

With taking Regen I know I’m getting what I lack in my diet. I’ve never been one to sit down to organ meat but this is tasteless and I feel that my collagen level has increased.

When I have taken them consistently daily, I noticed a shift with more energy.

At first I took 4 tablets in the morning with breakfast, but noticed I was getting really bad heartburn and reflux. So now just take two in the morning and two at night. So far it is keeping my energy levels up. My stomach has definitely settled down.

I’m i’m noticing my nails and toenails have grown Foster. I’m hoping I will see a difference in my hair very shortly. My Energy is holding on better than it used to by 3 o’clock I would be wanting Asleep. Not wanting a sleep so much now , I’m feeling not so exhausted, I haven’t run out of all of my energy.

I'm on a 'carnivore' diet and don't like organ meats, so thought I'd try this powder. I thoroughly mixed it with some spirulina and marmite and it was like a thick soup...and became quite pleasant to drink. I'm feeling quite energised after a fortnight on it. It's now run out. Highly recommended.
